I share the knowledge and insights I have learned as well as how I have benefited from applying these practices in my life and have helped others around me. My intention is to help you build your own self awareness and self care practices in order to manage stress and suffering in your life too.
It is important to note that there is no “cookie cutter” solution that fits everyone. We are all unique which is why I promote SELF awareness and SELF care rather than to encourage others to subscribe to any universal truth. Through these practices, we come to better know ourselves, discover our inner strengths and respond to our own sources of suffering.
